Price above is based on a stack of wood approximately 4' tall by 8' long by the length of the cut (15"-17").  Some people call this rick wood or half a face cord . 

Pecan wood is a great wood for smoking. Great for pork.  Sweet and mild with a flavor like hickory only milder. Pecan is a great cooking and heating wood, it is one of the densest "Nut Woods". It is one of the cleanest of all wood types to burn and burns very long.

Post oak is great for smoking just about any meat.  Post oak does not give a heavy smoke flavor like other woods. Much more mild smoke.  Split 2-5” and cut to a length of 7.5”-8.5”
